It is heartening to know that people are experimenting with different news mediums in the valley. Voices of the Methow, a local podcast by Byron Odion, launched this summer. He interviewed the two candidates for the district 4 at-large school board position- Boo Schneider and Hilary Kaltenbach. Their personalities, experiences and visions shown through the interviews. I considered writing an article, but the interviews are so different, it would be a filter. So, I am deferring to the podcast as another source for this important race. Twisp Valley Grange posted a video of the forum that took place Oct. 1. That video has received 136 views since it was posted five days ago, more than the last two videos combined! Way to go Methow.
