MVSD received $6 million from the state’s Small School District Modernization Grant and an additional $600,000 in urgent funding to repair MVE’s leaky roof and restore brick and masonry around MVE this summer. The money will also be used to upgrade fire alarms, door lock security systems and clock intercom systems at MVE and LBHS as well as for sidewalk repairs at LBHS.
