Milltown could break ground this summer on Twisp’s largest housing development to date.

The Twisp Planning Commission approved Milltown Twisp LLC’s request for an increase in the size of the Milltown Planned Development from 48 lots and 96 housing units to 82 lots and 137 housing units. The development would have two access points to Highway 20 and could house up to 300 people.

Twisp currently has 1,152 residents. Milltown could increase Twisp’s population…
