Good For Her Age Seattle-based dance collective, Four on the Floor, perform for two nights on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1 at the Merc Playhouse. The women use dance, live music and video to explore the challenges, grief, and triumphs of transitioning to middle age. 16+ $35. Merc Playhouse. 7:30-9:30 pm

Okanogan Days Parade Head down to Okanogan for the annual parade and festivities on the first Saturday in June. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Pancake Feed on East Queen Street from 7 am to 10 am. Parade starts at 11 am at Okanogan Grange Hall. Everyone is invited to participate and there is no entry fee or pre-registration. Other activities include 5k Run/Walk, food and craft vendors on 2nd Avenue from 9 am to 2 pm, and kids’ games and activities.
Methow Valley Farmer’s Market 9 am to noon next to MVCC. Ken Bevis performs this Saturday.
Baby Music in the Park- Singing, movement, instrument play, rhythm and dance. Best suited for babies 0-14 months with caregiver participation. Guest musicians Wayne and Linda Mendro will join for the last half hour. Hosted by Sarah Stephens. 9:30-11 am Twisp Commons Park (next to MVCC)
Twisp River Tap House Local Indy rock band Big Lake Judy and Okanogan’s Make Up Sax pair up for what is billed as a “rock n’ roll funky soul dance party.” Party starts at 7 pm.

Marcus Duke Project– Classical to Brazilian Bossa, moving through many eras of jazz for a diverse jazz experience. Marcus Duke, George Schneider, Dave Nolet, Jason Russell; Will Lone and Greg Goad opening. Cindy Williams Gutierrez will recite several poems with band accompaniment. Presented by Cascadia Music. Methow Valley Community Center 7 pm. $20/$25 at door. Students free.
